Soy Lecithin

Lecithin is a compound of phospholipids from animal or vegetable origin. It is mainly extracted from oilseeds such as soybean, sunflower or rapeseed but can also come from egg yolk. Soy lecithin is the first type of lecithin used in the world.

With many years of experience in the sale of soy lecithin in France, Henry Franc SAS now offers several ranges of non-GMO IP (Identity Preservation) certified soy lecithin from a French renown clientele. The different types of soy lecithin sold by Henry Franc SAS find their utility in many fields.

Our offer of Soy Lecithin

Soy lecithin is mainly used in the food industry as an additive (E322) as an emulsifier, a natural stabilizer, etc. The soy from which the lecithin is extracted comes from India, it is neither GMO nor “round up ready”.

We propose 3 types of soy lecithin.

Liquid soy lecithin

We offer non-GMO liquid soy lecithin, 100% pure. Our liquid lecithin is composed of essential phospholipids. Its applications include food and feed, pharmaceuticals and parapharmaceuticals, cosmetics and the whole industry in general.

Soy lecithin powder

We offer powdered soy lecithin containing at least 97% phospholipids. Soya lecithin powder is obtained by an ultra modern extraction process. Our lecithin can be used in instant foods, snacks, cereals, bars and cookies. Thanks to its nutritional properties, it will also be used in energy drinks or as a health supplement.

Soya lecithin in granules

We also offer soy lecithin granules containing at least 97% phospholipids as well. In this form lecithin is used as a health supplement, involved in the metabolism of fats, in liver health, in the protection and reinforcement of cell membranes and in the proper neurological functioning.
