All our grades are food contact compliant

We can propose a full range of HLB (Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance):
- low HLB < 5 (hydrophobic emulsifier)
- high HLB >9 (hydrophilic emulsifier)
- with or without phospholipid

Our range of product is composed of:
- Lecithin
- hydrolysed lecithin
